On a beautiful windswept summers day in August Victoria and Graeme got married in a wonderful venue nestled in the South Downs. I was lucky enough to be asked by Simon fazackarley to help second shoot on the day and also to bring along my photo booth for the evening. This wedding was an absolute delight, a total DIY vintage styled affair. Not only are Victoria & Graeme one of the sweetest, kindest loveliest couple you could meet they put their hearts and soul into their day. They made bunting, little heart felt badges, dried rose petals for confetti, and their family and friends brought the cakes… They had a cool little jazz band playing, a bbq of local meats, Charleston dancing, guests dressed up 1920s style so it was an amazing personal wedding full of little touches. The sun shone, the couple beamed with happiness all day and the guests had a darn fine time…. A truly beautiful touching day full of love and laughter.

Oh Joanna these are beautiful! Really love the ones of the musicians, they’re brilliant! And the close up of Victoria is stunning. Great stuff!
Beautiful Ms Brown…. absolutely perfect.
Spectacular!!! These are just amazing, really really amazing! soft and windy, captured so perfectly! Eye candy for sure! but not the kind that makes your tummy hurt afterward.

I just looked over these again and again. There is something so special about them. I can’t put my finger on it. I wish I lived nearby or that I could afford to fly you out to photograph my wedding…

Hi Joanna,
Thanks so much for taking such amazing photos of us and capturing so many great moments, we had so much fun and we really enjoyed the swamp times!
@The barbers – Gray’s suit was from Gresham Blakes (a brighton based designer). Not so cheap, but TOTALLY worth it!
Loving the colours, and the windy feeling in every image.
