‘Lobster pots, paddling & beach huts’ {Abby & Julian get married}

As I cast my mind back to Abby & Julian’s wedding a I grin and remember a brilliant wedding; the combination of the seaside, a hot day, a portion of chips and a couple getting married whilst they listened to the sea…

Taking a risk and following your heart is what it is all about right?  this is what Abby & Julian did, they organised a wedding that was totally weather dependant, in May in England!  I remember saying tentatively is there a wet weather plan…? Err no they both said it will be sunny we just no it, and it was, it was not just sunny the weather was perfect it fact it could not have been any better.  Hats off to these guys, they organsied and planned a truely unique wedding that screamed of their personalities; being laid back, fun and creative and what they were about and the sun came out to play.

The wedding was perfect in everyway, Abby did not stop giggling the whole day, family and friends were relaxed sipping pimms on the beach in deckchairs, the bridesmaids practically dived into the sea when I said ‘fancy a paddle…’, and Julian you were a star I remember your heart felt words as you said your marriage vows to Abby it was so honest and beauitful and it made me cry.  Your wedding was a English seaside melting pot of all the best elements of what it is like to be beside the seaside, I loved every minute and when I said shall we nip off to get our couples shot and I have seen a fab chippie you jumped at the chance, I could not ask for anything more….

Thanks so much to my brilliant second shooter and right hand woman Sue

    Perhaps my favourite wedding of the year so far. So cute and fun but beautiful at the same time.

    Adore. You captured it all so gorgeously. Love the chips and cake shots (although that may just show a slight insight into my state of mind currently.)
